What we shipped, in plain language.

New Product Lifecycle Management features are now available, supporting the management of products through their lifecycle. The capability is integrated into the application alongside the existing modules.

Help documentation has been added for the PLM module, giving users step-by-step guidance on how to use the new product lifecycle features.

Goods-movement posting is now bound atomically to the correct tenant database, so a movement either completes fully or not at all. This prevents partial or inconsistent stock postings in multi-tenant operation.

Sales deliveries can now issue stock from more than one batch in a single goods issue. When the quantity required spans several batches, the system automatically splits the issue across them instead of failing, giving accurate batch tracking on deliveries.

When receiving finished goods into stock, the system now falls back to the material’s standard price as a last resort if no other valuation is available. This ensures finished-goods receipts are always valued and can be posted without manual intervention.

Material Requirements Planning can now group planned production orders by colour and present a size breakdown within each group. This consolidates related demand into combined production runs, making planning more efficient for colour- and size-based manufacturing.

Quality Management can now extract measurement charts automatically, pulling dimensional specifications and tolerances into the system instead of requiring them to be entered by hand. This speeds up inspection setup and reduces transcription errors.

GL account determination rules can now be saved without a movement type or warehouse selected. This allows you to define broader, default account mappings that apply across movements and storage locations, rather than being forced to create a rule for every combination.

A new manager page lets you browse and edit measurement charts in one place, including a unit-of-measure (UoM) matrix for capturing measurements across different units. Charts can be reviewed and maintained directly from the Quality module.

The task list grid now loads data on demand from the server via a reusable Syncfusion data adaptor, with server-side sorting, filtering and pagination. This keeps the Tasks dashboard fast and responsive even with very large numbers of tasks.

When creating an employee without supplying an employee ID, the system now generates one automatically on the server, preventing blank or duplicate IDs.

A new administration screen lets you link employee master records to login users. The employee list now surfaces the assigned user’s username and email, so it is clear at a glance which employees have a system login.

The task edit page and the unplanned-task entry form have been expanded with additional fields and smoother data entry, making it quicker to capture and update task details in one place.

Exception alerts (in-app and email) now read as plain, human-friendly sentences instead of terse technical strings:

• The affected record is shown by its meaningful name (e.g. a task title or document name) rather than a bare id.
• Severity is shown in friendly form (e.g. “Critical”) and the ageing is phrased naturally (e.g. “5 days”).
• Detection and escalation messages explain what triggered the exception and that it needs attention.

The AI-assisted Purchase Order import now records the order type on the imported PO and applies it when generating the sales order number, with refinements to the extraction-review and create-order steps for a smoother end-to-end flow.
