Financial Statements for Non-Corporate Entities

July 17, 2026
Production

The statutory statement pack can now be presented in a non-corporate frame — partnerships, LLPs and proprietorships — including a Statement of Changes in Owners’ Capital.

Improvement

GL Tagging Workbench Follows the Selected Frame

The GL Tagging Workbench now offers the statement lines that belong to the entity’s chosen presentation frame, so a partnership is not asked to tag accounts into company-only Schedule III lines.

New Feature

Non-Corporate Presentation Frame for Financial Statements

Financial statements are no longer locked to the company format. A presentation frame now decides how the pack is laid out — corporate (Schedule III under the Companies Act) or non-corporate for partnerships, LLPs and proprietary concerns, whose capital and equity are presented quite differently.

The frame flows through the whole pack: the Balance Sheet and Statement of Profit & Loss faces, the PDF, the notes and the XBRL output all follow the selected frame.

New Feature

Statement of Changes in Owners’ / Partners’ Capital

Non-corporate entities get their own capital statement: opening capital, introductions, drawings, share of profit and closing balance per owner or partner — the non-corporate counterpart of the Statement of Changes in Equity.

Purchase Order Line Item Improvements

July 16, 2026
Production

Purchase Order line items show more of the inventory detail a buyer needs while ordering.

Improvement

Inventory Detail on Purchase Order Line Items

Purchase Order line items now surface more of the inventory context behind each material, so a buyer can judge what to order without leaving the order screen.

Goods Issue to Cost Centre Corrections

July 16, 2026
Production

Issuing stock directly to a cost centre is corrected after testing — posting, printing and the issue form now behave as expected.

Bug Fix

Goods Issue to Cost Centre Corrections

Issuing material directly to a cost centre has been tested end to end and the problems found along the way are fixed: the issue posts against the correct expense account and cost centre, the delivery-note print reflects what was actually issued, and the entry form no longer rejects valid combinations.

Sales Order Journey View Fix

July 16, 2026
Production

The Sales Order status-journey views no longer fail to load.

Bug Fix

Sales Order Status Journey Loads Again

The Sales Order status-journey views could fail to render, leaving the page blank. The underlying screen error has been corrected and the journey view opens reliably.

Help Videos

July 16, 2026
Production

Help pages can now carry short how-to videos, with viewing and feedback tracked so the most useful ones can be identified.

New Feature

Help Videos on Help Documentation Pages

Help documentation pages can now include short how-to videos alongside the written guidance, so a user can watch the steps instead of reading them.

Views and viewer feedback are recorded per video, giving a simple picture of which topics people actually need help with.

Materials Variant Manager Role

July 16, 2026
Production

A dedicated role for maintaining material variants, so variant maintenance no longer needs full materials administration rights.

Security Update

Materials Variant Manager Role

A new Materials Variant Manager role covers the maintenance of material variants (colour, size and similar grids) on its own. Staff who only maintain variants no longer need broad materials-master permissions.

Action required: after deploy, assign the new role to the users who maintain variants.

Garment Costing Screen Improvements

July 16, 2026
Production

The garment costing screens get a first round of usability work — clearer layout and faster data entry.

Improvement

Garment Costing Screen Improvements

The garment costing screens have been reworked for everyday use: a clearer layout, better grouping of the cost blocks and quicker entry of the figures a costing sheet needs. This is the first part of a wider costing UI refresh.

Inventory Dashboard

July 16, 2026
Production

A single dashboard for stock health — ageing, ABC/XYZ classification, net realisable value and movement trends.

New Feature

Inventory Dashboard

A new Inventory Dashboard brings the questions a stock controller asks every week onto one screen:

  • Ageing — how long stock has been sitting, in bands.
  • ABC / XYZ classification — which items carry the value and which move predictably.
  • Net realisable value — where carrying value looks at risk.
  • Trends — how stock levels and movements are developing over time.

Purchase Order Numbering Fix

July 16, 2026
Production

New Purchase Orders again pick up the correct number when no tenant-specific numbering sequence is configured.

Bug Fix

Purchase Order Numbering Fallback

When a company had no purchasing-specific numbering sequence configured, creating a Purchase Order failed to fall back to the default sequence and the order could not be numbered. The fallback now works, so new Purchase Orders are numbered correctly in every configuration.

Purchase Order Creation Dialog

July 15, 2026
Production

The Create Purchase Order dialog now shows the Sales Order behind each line, allows editing the expected delivery date, and uses a clearer card-per-line layout.

Improvement

Purchase Order Creation Dialog — SO Context & Editable Delivery Dates

Raising a Purchase Order from requisitions is clearer: each line shows the Sales Order it traces back to, the expected delivery date can be edited per line, and the dialog has been reworked into a roomier card-per-line layout that is easier to read and check before creating the order.
